  • Verify the quality of completed maintenance work before equipment is returned to service and ensure repairs meet company standards.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and support root cause investigations to identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions that improve long-term reliability.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment performance, preventive maintenance effectiveness, and overall asset reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, electrical safety, and other applicable safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, contractors, and other departments to support maintenance projects, equipment modifications, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics, including preventive maintenance compliance, equipment uptime, maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and work order completion to support departmental objectives.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities with workforce planning, employee development, staffing recommendations, budget planning, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in after-hours support as needed to respond to equipment failures, production needs, and emergency maintenance situations.
Qualifications:
