Job summary

Amuneal Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple manufacturing warehouses in Northeast Philadelphia. You will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure safe, reliable equipment and minimal downtime.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of hourly maintenance employees.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance to support production.
• Assign and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations to minimize downtime.
• Review and document maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for reliability improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement in maintenance processes and asset reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
