Job summary

Fountain View at Logan Square in Philadelphia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily upkeep, safety checks, and routine repairs to keep the facility safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

The role is full-time with shifts 3p-11p or 11p-7a, offering a salary of $48,000-$54,000 based on experience, plus benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage and a 401(k) with match. Join a team dedicated to care and quality living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily physical rounds throughout the facility to identify and address maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs to facility systems and equipment.
• Review maintenance request logs regularly and complete work orders accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to support improvements in resident living spaces and overall facility environment.
• Assist with furniture moves, equipment repairs, and general maintenance projects as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently to support resident safety and comfort.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
