Job summary

Jobot seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance of screw machinery, blade tooling, and plant equipment. You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams to coordinate technicians and mechanics.
• Experience planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign work to maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for screw machines, blade tooling, and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Oversee setup, adjustment, and maintenance of screw machinery and cutting blade systems
• Diagnose electrical issues including motors, drives, controls, sensors, and basic PLC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
• Manage spare parts inventory and work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Support continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
