Job Overview

Coke Florida is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work out of our Orlando location, working 9:00am until Finish.

As a Coke Florida Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for first-line supervision of mechanics and electricians maintaining automation and production line equipment. You will oversee manufacturing processes, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and adhere to schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and provide preventative and corrective maintenance support for automation and production lines, including facilitating change-overs.
2. Perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
3. Overhaul and install new equipment.
4. Rebuild and fabricate parts.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Generate parts requests to maintain inventory levels.
7. Complete work orders as assigned.
8. Perform equipment setups and change-overs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, automation preferred.
• Experience in high-speed industrial environments.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and schematics.
• Must supply hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLCs, mill and lathe work, TPM maintenance, SAP, and previous leadership experience.
