Our community is seeking an experienced and efficient Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community through preventative and corrective maintenance. A working knowledge of HVAC systems and appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators is required, along with familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• At least three years of property maintenance experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• Implement and follow OSHA safety programs
• Complete service requests promptly (within 24 hours), involving plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, and routine interior and exterior maintenance
• Groundskeeping tasks including litter removal, pressure washing, and maintaining grounds and building exteriors
• After-hours on-call work shared with team; some weekend and holiday duties
• Manage maintenance expenditures and inventory of parts and replacements
• Provide excellent customer service, work well with residents, co-workers, and vendors
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
• Must lift a minimum of fifty pounds
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance, and dependable transportation required
