Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Coke Florida is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based in Orlando, working from 9:00 am until finish. The role involves supervising mechanics and electricians responsible for maintaining automation and production line equipment, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes, adhering to schedules, and meeting quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and support preventative and corrective maintenance on automation and production lines, including changeovers
• Perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Generate parts requests and complete work orders
• Set up equipment and manage changeovers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, automation preferred
• Experience in high-speed industrial environments
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow schematics and specifications
• Must supply hand tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferred
• Experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
• Mill and Lathe experience
• TPM maintenance knowledge
• SAP experience
