Job summary

WMFHA in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance in a high-volume food production facility. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, coach technicians, and partner with production to maximize uptime and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, 480V electrical knowledge, and experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley). Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and working in a refrigerated environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• 2–4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong 480V electrical knowledge.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred (meat or RTE).
• Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs and sanitation.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Strong computer skills (CMMS, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical).
• Coach and guide maintenance technicians hands-on.
• Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley) and systems like cookers and spiral freezers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs and parts usage.
• Collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and food safety compliance.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

Required Qualifications:
