Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our multifamily communities. The role involves leading a hands-on team, coordinating repairs, turns and preventive maintenance to keep residents comfortable and safe.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site role.
