Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a large, 502 unit multifamily community in Noblesville, IN. This role requires ownership mindset, resident-focused service, and a track record of managing a high-performing onsite team.

The ideal candidate has extensive HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong leadership to drive preventive maintenance and safety compliance while supporting occupancy goals and property inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience overseeing maintenance operations for a large apartment community (400+ units preferred).
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily maintenance operations for a 500+ apartment home community.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a large onsite maintenance team.
• Coordinate apartment turns to support occupancy goals.
• Prioritize and oversee resident service requests while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation.
