Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (300-499 Units)

Division: Multifamily

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating service functions to ensure the efficient upkeep of the buildings and property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the maintenance team
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of work orders
• Schedule and oversee in-house and vendor/contractor work
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies and equipment
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• Research and evaluate maintenance products; make recommendations
• Assist the team in fulfilling service requests

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience
• One year of supervisory experience
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC certification
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Availability for on-call and weekend work
