We have partnered with a growing management company out of Long Island that is in need of a Maintenance Supervisor to live onsite at their 200+ unit high-rise in Coney Island (built in 2022).

The position is responsible for overseeing the schedule of two technicians, negotiating vendor contracts, conducting inspections, purchasing materials, and working with the manager on the department's budget.

Supervisors are also responsible for hands-on work, including:

• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• Boiler maintenance
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Snow removal
• Landscaping
• Appliance repair

Must be willing to complete janitorial duties, including general common area and grounds upkeep, and garbage removal.

Ideally, candidates with affordable housing or REAC inspection experience are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Hours

Pay: $30-33/hour plus a two-bedroom apartment (after a 30-day probation period).

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call work as needed.
