DIMENSION MASTER in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces. • Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support emergency repairs and respond promptly to maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
• Train, coach, and support maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and property procedures.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with departmental planning, projects, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Partner with other hotel departments to address operational and guest service needs.

The Role

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
