Raymond Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all hotel maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems. You will supervise a maintenance team, plan tasks, and drive preventive maintenance across the property.

• Position: Maintenance Supervisor
• Starting Salary Range: $20.00-$21.00/hour or more based on experience.
• Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days
• Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for all hotel systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to resolve any maintenance-related concerns.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency repairs and system failures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
