Brookside Properties in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a downtown apartment community. You will lead hands-on maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, HVAC troubleshooting skills, and a High School Diploma or GED. On-call duties and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (required).
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily apartment maintenance operations
• Perform hands-on repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendors
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
