Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Montgomery Village, MD. You will lead a facilities team, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure safe, well-maintained living spaces for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety training, and coordinating move-ins/outs with vehicle support. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisor for daily facilities operations and a safe, welcoming environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work.
• Knowledge of OSHA, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
