Sunrise Senior Living in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily facilities operations, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform hands-on repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), oversee preventative maintenance, and drive safety programs while maintaining logs and supporting move-ins/outs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in a residential setting.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work.
• Knowledge of safety inspections and OSHA/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily maintenance operations and team assignments.
