Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance leader to drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence across a heavy industrial setting. You will plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while optimizing equipment performance and uptime.

In this role, you will manage budgets, inventories, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mobile equipment maintenance.
• Drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, implement sustainable solutions.
• Effective planning, organizational, and project management with multi-priority balancing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with safety and continuous improvement.
• Work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and weather.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What Are We Looking For

Proven capability to drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.

Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Requires frequent walking, climbing, standing, and engagement with production and maintenance teams throughout the facility.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company standards.

Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
