Join Hitachi Energy as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Crystal Springs, MS location! This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, drive improvements, and ensure the smooth operation of our production plant. You'll coordinate, plan, and supervise maintenance activities, focusing on both preventative and repair maintenance. Shift & Schedule: This position will be based at our Crystal Springs, MS production plant and will support our shift working Monday - Friday:

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Ensure all activities are conducted safely, addressing health and safety risk analysis.
2. Manage outsourced activities, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. Perform necessary transactions in SAP for purchasing materials and equipment.
4. Plan and execute daily preventive maintenance activities.
5. Oversee maintenance execution from health, safety, and quality perspectives.
6. Develop procedures, instructions, and documents for maintenance activities.
7. Support team members' training and development.

Your Background

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role.
2. Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, as well as PLC and CNC equipment.
3. Proficiency in total preventive maintenance.
4. Experience using SAP is a plus.
