Job summary

ALogix Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) to repair CNC and related manufacturing equipment at our Milwaukee area facility.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, lubrication, troubleshooting, and documenting faults. The role requires using a CMMS and collaborating with machine operators to identify issues before failures occur. A background reading blueprints/schematics is preferred, and sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematics and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor.
• Communicate and work well with others.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of various CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
• Equipment lubrication, filter changes and standard preventative maintenance
• Equipment troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
• Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
• Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
• Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Ideal Experience:

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
