Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC currently seeks skilled maintenance leaders to guide the maintenance team in preserving the integrity of our multi-family properties across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification.
• CPO certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills with residents, staff and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $37 per hour

Overview

We are looking for skilled maintenance leaders to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
