About the Role
Cohen is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisorto lead the daily operations of our Middletown Truck Garage. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient maintenance and repair of our fleet of trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership to the garage team, establishes maintenance priorities, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensures service records are accurate and complete. This role is critical to maintaining fleet readiness, minimizing equipment downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical expertise with proven leadership skills and leads by example in promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
