Conifer Realty in Mansfield, PA, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for keeping affordable housing communities safe, comfortable, and well maintained. You will oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready units while ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in apartment maintenance with supervision, HVAC certification, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience with supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation; able to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff to meet Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
• Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
• Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.

Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring As a Maintenance Supervisor

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
