Job summary

Conifer Realty in Hempstead, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a residential maintenance team across affordable housing communities. You will oversee repairs, ensure safety, and manage preventive maintenance to keep units in excellent condition.

• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation
