Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated property management professional in Antioch, Tennessee, to support hiring, training, and supervise maintenance staff. Your role will include property inspections, managing service requests, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and relevant certifications. Offering a competitive pay of $37/hour, along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off and insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff.
• Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $37 per hour. Competitive compensation includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager
• Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
