HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Waterford Place in Loveland, Ohio. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure timely completion of repairs and turnover tasks, and uphold our high standards of service for residents and the asset.

This role involves building vendor relationships, training staff, and contributing to a positive, professional on-site environment while supporting Hills' mission and values. Competitive benefits and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• 2+ years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Attention to detail for entire community.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair.
• On-call hours required.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Duties include:

• Leading maintenance team

Requirements

• HVAC certified
• Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
• First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
• Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
• On call hours required.
