Job summary

HILLS Properties seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our luxury Sterling Lakes community in Mason, Ohio. You will lead a maintenance team, uphold high standards of service, and ensure the asset remains well-maintained and attractive for residents.

This role requires HVAC certification, 2+ years supervisory experience in residential maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. On-call hours and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• On-call hours required.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Duties include:

• Leading maintenance team
• Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
• Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
