Dana Corp is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at its Louisville-area facility. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with emphasis on PLC troubleshooting and CMMS use.
The Maintenance Supervisor will manage schedules, oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable operations.

Serving two primary markets - passenger vehicle and commercial truck - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
The Maintenance Supervisor must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership capability. This role will be responsible for directing the efforts of the Maintenance department
Must be willing to work overtime as required on short notice during the week and weekends as scheduled.
Must be able to travel for training. This would include overnight stays, possibly up to a week at a time.
Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office. This includes MS-Excel and MS-Word. Experience in MS-Access, MS-Project and MS-PowerPoint would be beneficial.
