Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong knowledge of CNC machining and hydraulic units, including installing motors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance (PM) systems and machine management.

Shift Timing: 1st shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Skills Required

1. Supervise employees in installing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery used in operations.
2. Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery; lead maintenance staff, communicate expectations, and provide training.
3. Monitor work performance, provide feedback, and coordinate maintenance of production equipment; oversee technical and quality process control.
4. Delegate tasks and give clear directions to direct reports.

Basic Qualifications

1. BA/BS plus 2-5 years of professional experience; or an advanced degree with 0-3 years of experience.
2. Experience with Maximo work order system.
3. Experience developing a preventive maintenance (PM) plan.
4. Ability to complete tasks efficiently and start new tasks promptly.
5. Experience with CNC machines; programming skills are a plus.
6. Experience in CNC machining and installing motors on hydraulic units.
7. Leadership skills in managing a small team; willingness to work hands-on with equipment.
