Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Experience with maintenance software and mobile tech.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and turns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and efficient.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations by:

• Ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and operating efficiently
