Job summary

RBM Partners in Florissant, MO is seeking a dependable Service Technician to maintain and improve our growing community. The role offers a positive environment with opportunities to grow maintenance skills and participate in property upgrades, including a brand-new clubhouse and renovated units.

You will complete maintenance tasks, assist with preventative programs, and communicate with managers to address resident concerns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience, preferred in multifamily settings.
• Basic carpentry and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Comfort outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders while carrying equipment.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns promptly.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Communicate with Service Manager and Community Manager about needs and repairs.
• Ensure tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Perform general grounds upkeep, trash removal, and inspections.
• Maintain appearance and functionality of the community, inside and out.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members.
• Use AppFolio to track work orders and communications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to complete projects efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For
