Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a maintenance/engineering professional to support building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and water treatment, at the La Vista property. You will help plan preventive maintenance and inspect rooms and equipment to identify repairs.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, HS diploma, and preferred HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.

Compensation Range : $26.00 - $27.30

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
