Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician at the La Vista Courtyard in La Vista, NE. The role focuses on managing building systems, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in maintenance or engineering, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
