Job summary

GPAC is recruiting a Senior Maintenance Technician for a growing food and beverage manufacturer in Orange County, CA. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has food or beverage manufacturing experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with conveyors, packaging equipment, and hydraulics. PLC knowledge is a plus and will be valued.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and hydraulics.
PLC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
Minimize downtime while supporting safe, efficient operations.
Complete repairs and equipment setups accurately and safely.
Partner with production to maintain equipment reliability.
