Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Nashville property. You will help manage building systems, plan preventive maintenance, and inspect rooms and equipment to identify repairs.

You will also ensure teams have the right tools and supplies while supporting staff in line with Atrium’s core values. The role requires 1+ year of maintenance/engineering experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience.
• HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge encouraged.
• Willing to lead by example and perform technician tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

Full time Compensation Range : $25 - $28.50

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

Job Description What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
