Job summary

Haverkamp Properties seeks a hands-on Property Manager to lead maintenance and property operations in our Iowa City portfolio. You will own all aspects of property condition, including interiors, units, common areas, and exteriors, ensuring turns and work orders are completed efficiently and economically.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, team members, and supervisors, plus inventory and equipment management to sustain high-quality living environments and 95%+ occupancy

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be

accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

• Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
• Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)
