Job summary

Peak Management LLC in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team across our properties, including Wade Manor, The Park and Poet Place. The role combines leadership with active maintenance tasks to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have maintenance experience, technical and HVAC knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot electronics and maintain equipment. The position requires on-call rotation and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and perform equipment maintenance.
• Proven leadership in a working supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to provide above-standard service to customers.
• Manage on-call rotation and respond to maintenance issues as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure reliable operations.
