Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Eagles Eyrie property, a 80+ unit community. The role requires hands-on maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting, with on-call rotation to support residents and property operations.

The ideal candidate will deliver above-standard service, have reliable transportation, and be able to manage preventive maintenance schedules while coordinating with vendors. Peak offers a strong benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

• On-call rotation required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional maintenance service for the 80+ unit Eagles Eyrie property.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment.
• Respond to resident repair requests and coordinate with vendors as needed.

• This position does require on-call rotation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
