Job summary

Brookside Properties’ Indigo at Grissom is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, manage make-readies, and supervise staff to deliver a well-maintained community and exceptional resident experience.

The role requires multifamily maintenance supervision experience, strong HVAC knowledge with EPA certification, and the ability to lead a team while staying hands-on. On-call rotation and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have multifamily maintenance supervisor experience.
• HVAC knowledge with EPA certification.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be on-call.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community.
• Manage make-readies/unit turns to ensure timely occupancy.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Uphold curb appeal and overall property condition.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
