Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Park on Country Club in Hopkinsville, KY. You will lead the property’s maintenance operations, oversee a team of technicians, and ensure safe, well-maintained buildings and grounds.

The role requires HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. On-call duties and a reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC background with EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general apartment maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools are expected.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property maintenance, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests and make-readies for apartments.
• Supervise and support maintenance team and vendors.
• Maintain budgets, supplies, and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
