Maintenance Supervisor, Harrison, OH (Job ID: 1215)

Position Summary and Purpose: Responsible for leading the maintenance team in daily activities, providing technical support, and ensuring continuous improvement through Operational Excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure positive employee relations and provide coaching for career development.
  • Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve results and improve continuously.
  • Manage departmental performance measures.
  • Develop and train staff to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain safety compliance.
  • Lead maintenance operations and provide technical leadership.
  • Manage engineering projects, rebuilds, retrofits, and installations.
  • Implement TPM initiatives.
  • Standardize maintenance programs using our CMMS.
  • Reduce machine downtime by improving reliability.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Associate Degree in a technical discipline with 5 years of experience, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline with 3 years of experience.
Valued But Not Required:
  • Lean Practices certification or experience.
  • Machining or industry experience.
  • Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Organizational and operations management skills.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused.
  • Effective communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and company values.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, manual handling; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

This role requires U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not offered.
