Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift in Hammond, IN. The role focuses on people development, technical support, and ensuring maintenance tasks align with plant scheduling.

You will coach technicians, schedule daily work, and interpret manuals and schematics to keep equipment running smoothly. A strong emphasis on CMMS and policy development is required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• People first, good coaching/mentoring skills.
• Reliability/Predictive maintenance methodology.
• Strong technical/mechanical abilities.
• CMMS experience.
• Experience establishing department policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $90/k + bonus
