Hader Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Frankfort, KY. You will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, supervise technicians, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality on the plant floor.

The role requires strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support operational growth.
