Job summary

Monarch Investment is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. This full-time, on-site role leads the maintenance team, handles service requests, makes-readies, and ensures smooth property operation.

Required: 5+ years in apartment maintenance supervision, HVAC and EPA certifications; CPO preferred. You will manage a 6+ person team and coordinate with the Property Manager on budgets and plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills; able to climb 3-story ladders to access roofs.
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise 6+ employees.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with 400+ unit properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, help tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and be instrumental in keeping the property running smoothly.

Pay & Perks

What You'll Do
