Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across multifamily communities. You will oversee daily operations, handle service requests and apartment turns, and drive continuous upkeep and improvements on site.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance with prior supervisory experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and EPA certification. A team-first attitude and clear communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and EPA certification.
• General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and oversee service requests.
• Manage apartment turns and coordinate vendor/contractor work.
• Ensure property moves in the right direction and stays in good condition.
• Foster a team-first environment and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
