Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations across multifamily communities.

You'll build a strong team, oversee service requests and apartment turns, and drive improvements to keep properties moving in the right direction. Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and EPA certification.
• General maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize projects, and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
