Willow Bridge is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
  2. Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  3. Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff in safe handling of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  4. Lead safety and department meetings, participate in regional meetings and community events.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  6. Maintain departmental budget and ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
  7. Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and oversee vendor work for quality and compliance.
  8. Order maintenance supplies efficiently and maintain inventory.
  9. Assign and complete service requests promptly, ensure timely completion of make-readies and projects.
  10. Utilize Yardi Mobile to update and close service requests.
  11. Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others for assessment and repair.
  12. Ensure safety practices are followed and staff are trained accordingly.
  13. Adhere to OSHA and other safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
  2. Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
  3. Strong knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
  4. HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
  5. Excellent communication skills for interacting with management, vendors, residents, and team members.
  6. Proficient with small tools, electrical work, and basic machinery repair.
  7. Basic computer skills, including mobile devices and PCs.
  8. A valid license may be required.
  9. Availability for on-call, emergency calls, and off-hours work.
  10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Benefits

Competitive hourly pay range: $34 to $37 USD, depending on experience.
