Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor (REF9390N)

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and mentor the Maintenance Team, oversee maintenance and capital improvement needs of an assigned FPI managed site, and ensure compliance with client expectations, operating budgets, and management agreements.

  • Driving a site-owned golf cart is required; a valid unrestricted U.S. Driver's License is necessary.
Compensation

Pay: $30 - $32 / Hour

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians, groundskeepers, porters, and cleaners.
  • Implement daily and preventative maintenance programs for property safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect property and common areas daily; complete maintenance requests within 24 hours.
  • Perform semi-annual apartment inspections and maintain all equipment and facilities.
  • Serve as on-call for emergencies, including after-hours lockouts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, CALFHA, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain safety, inventory, and cleanliness standards in all maintenance areas.
  • Complete regulatory inspections and ensure property compliance.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in residential property management, hotel, facilities, or construction maintenance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and be medically cleared for duty.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management software).
