HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Meridian on Shelbyville in Louisville, Kentucky. You will lead a maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and turnover work while upholding high standards of customer service.

The role requires HVAC certification and at least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience in residential property management, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. • Leading maintenance team

Requirements

• HVAC certified
• Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
• First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
• Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
• On call hours required.
