Genesis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our nursing center. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for patients and residents through hands-on and supervisory duties.

You will coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance across facilities, manage the maintenance team, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position requires readiness to respond to emergencies at any time and contribute to budget planning and quality

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations for the nursing center to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
• Coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance to comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Supervise the maintenance department and perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems and ensure customer safety to minimize risks.
• Keep required records and reports; participate in budget planning and be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.

Responsibilities

Fully utilize your mechanical skills and make a difference in our patients' lives as a Maintenance Supervisor! In this position, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the nursing center to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our patients.

• Coordinates and provides for the completion of corrective and preventative maintenance of the grounds and building in a timely manner in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
• Performs overall supervision of the maintenance department including hands-on performance of maintenance and repair work
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems; ensures safety of all customers in order to minimize the potential for fire and accidents
• Maintains required records and reports; participates in budget planning
• Remains on call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent and basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.
